After the Rain

I just like how this looks - through the chicken yard into the back yard with the sun going down.

Everything looks happy after the rain we've had the past couple of days.  Look at that red rose - it is still hoarding water in its petals!  The yellow flowers center left are the mustard greens going to seed.  Time to pull them out of there and replace with something else.

This is just a little example.  I saw a cute and easy tutorial on Missouri Star's YouTube page, the Won't You Be My Neighbor quilt.  Looks like a good one for the boys' home.

Hope everything is happy in your neighborhood!

Hugs and kisses,

I love the photo with the sun rays. You have to have the camera ready all the time for the beauty to be captured.

We're having a slow beginning to spring so I'm enjoying all of your color. We have had rain too and lots of plants are coming up.

Your yard is looking beautiful Elaine. Everything is still brown and dreary up here. And those houses look really cute -- fun, fun to start a new project!

I really like that alphabet fabric on the house. I wouldn't have thought to do that. And I have that fabric, too. I love your photos. They tell me color and hopefully some moisture may come here, too.
