I Thought

I really thought that this quilt was going to live here. But, tomorrow it will go to another home.  I KNOW that it is to go to a couple at our church.

As I had it on the frame quilting it, I heard that still, small voice.  And when I took the time to listen - I knew where it should go.

These scrappy quilts have been so much fun to make.  I know there are more in my future.

This is a shot of the backing with Lady, of course, "helping" me.  Hasn't she grown!

Mr. Muddling just asked me what I am going to make next.  He knows me too well!

What are you making next?

Hugs and kisses,

Hi, What kind of foot is that you are using on the binding ? and do you sew both sides of the binding by machine? Nice quilts and thinking leads to thoughts which enrich the giver and the receiver.

Wow, Elaine, that's a beauty - and I'm comforted to know that I'm not the only one that hears "voices" when I'm quilting!!

Whoop whoop!!

Like you, sometimes when I make a quilt, it speaks to me and helps me to find a recipient. Thank goodness! Otherwise, I would live in a home padded with quilts.
