JUNE!!??

How did this happen?  Just yesterday it was Spring and everything was starting to bloom and blossom and bear fruit.  Now Summer is upon us with our usual Houston heat.  We've been trying to get as much outside work done as possible.  Mostly, let's just be honest, Mr. Muddling has been working outside. The flowers and veggies are my domain, but he takes care of most of the yard work and outside maintenance.

Inside, we've done a complete rearrangement of the dining room.  I'll show you why later.  It's still not totally in order.

Hope you're having a great weekend!  As you can see from the photo collage above, we are having a beautiful sunny day.  And hot.

Hugs and kisses,

I agree, how did June sneak in so fast? May really flew by. You still have lots of color outside and I'm glad I'm not there in the heat!

It feels like it should be May 2, not June 2! Where did May go!?

I wish we could get a little of summer here. Not 100 degree weather, mind you, but I'm getting tired of all this rain and cooler temperatures - and they aren't doing our garden any good either. :-(

What a great collage. I love it. So pretty and I smiled when I saw that one chicken hiding in there, too. :)

Your flowers are beautiful. We have had some very unusual weather this spring. Cool and wet. I don't miss the unbearable heat.

Time is slipping away from us.. Hard for me to believe almost half the year is gone.. I love this time of year when we can get outside without freezing to death.. It seems to pass to fast.. Love your garden pictures..
