And So It Grows

I sewed strips on two sides of each of the snowball blocks last night.

It always makes me happy to see a pile of blocks ready to put together.

And here they are up on the design wall.  There may be some shifting around, but it looks pretty good to me right now.  Maybe I can get them all put together later today.

  6. I think I need to hire you to help me with fabric shopping. I am paralyzed when I see all the fabrics ... and end up with tried-and-true color choices. Not that there's anything wrong with them, but I long to be able to pull fabrics together and end up with spectacular quilts like you do -- and this snowball quilt is a perfect example! It's gorgeous ... and like Wonky Girl, said, this quilt just says FUN!
