Lots of the exploding blocks have been cut, parts assembled,
and more going through the machine. These blocks are a lot of fun to make.
My friend Phyllis came down today and sewed some two patch blocks for me. These will at some point go into a quilt we give away. It's always fun to have a like minded helper.
The azaleas are finishing up their run for the year, but they're still mighty pretty. It's good to see colorful blooms.
I hope Spring has shown up at your house.
Hugs and kisses,

Those blocks on your machine are definitely worthy of your name -- they look like they're exploding from the needle. Not much spring here -- just warming up a bit -- nothing pretty yet!
Not only is it nice to have a like-minded helper, but a like-minded friend to spend some time with. Hard to tell with seeing only the backs, but those fabrics look gorgeous! I cannot wait to see your Exploding Block quilt!
These blocks sure are multiplying rapidly.
Autumn is trying but with warm days and warm nights it doesn't have a chance.
