Oh, To Tell The Truth.......

And I do my best always to tell the truth. Even if it gets me in trouble sometimes. Anyway, I have been far too lazy about posting here lately and for that I am sorry. I just haven't had anything that seemed too interesting to post.

I still don't for that matter. I am working on another quilt. I had thought I would make a stack and slash  quilt and had it all cut out and in process, but I just sort of lost interest and put it aside.

The other day I had an idea and changed direction. I think I like this plan better. Still need to get borders sewn on, and I'm working on that tonight.

Mainly though I am enjoying the wonderful gift of all the beautiful things growing right in our own back yard. I am so incredibly thankful for that and for so many things more. God is good. All the time.

I do hope that all is well in your world, too.

Hugs and kisses,

Great garden pictures! So lush and green. I believe your growing season is several weeks ahead of ours.

Love your quilt . . . the way it teases the eye. I'm loving the garden too, but for different reasons to you. God is good indeed.

Tomato blossoms? We just put our tomatoes in (and earlier than usual!).

There's something about that quilt ... it almost looks 3D.

God is good ... all the time.

I'll bet it's warm and gorgeous now in Houston! We're still chilly here and waiting for the trees to fully leaf out. Your new quilt looks great -- lots of seams to match!!!

Yes, I do miss your posting more often. I enjoy seeing other quilter's sewing mess and block production. You know, the mess of creativity? LOL Your latest looks very interesting, are you sewing blocks and then cutting them up? Love the colors of quilt and your lush garden.
