I just found out that today is National Pie Day! Fortunately for me, even in my ignorance of so great an occasion I had already put this in the oven. Yeah for me!

Is it really? This is weird but tonight after work I thought I'd grab a can of pumpkin at Krogers and make a pie since I have one left over pie crust in the freezer. . .sooo while I did a 3-1/2 mile on the treadmill, I put a pumpkin pie in the oven. . .so now I am reading your blog and found out for once I did something right. . . in the cooking department that is. . .thanks Elaine.
